The type of information we collect from you will depend upon the type of interaction you have with us.

if you are a customer: your name, date of birth, contact details, payment details, information about the services you receive from us, and information you share with us during our coaching and mentoring sessions and your attendance of the Positive Mindset Experience with you or when you complete our questionnaires;

if you are a supplier: your name, contact details, and information about the transactions we have entered into with you; or

if you are a visitor to our Website: information you share with us via the “contact us” forms on our Website and “tech information” like your IP address, geographical location, browser type, and length of visit and pages viewed.
You are under no obligation to provide any such data. However, if you choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to engage with you properly.
3. How do we use personal data?
We use personal data relating to you that we collect, or that you provide to us, for the purposes of performing our contract with you or for our legitimate interests as follows:

We do not share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are:

If you are a customer and you give us information about an actual or suspected criminal offence, we will notify the appropriate authorities;

If you are a customer and you give us information which leads us to believe you are a threat to yourself or to any other person or organisation, we will notify the appropriate authorities and / or the other person or organisation;

If you are a customer and you are sponsored by an organisation (such as your employer), we will share some information with the sponsoring organisation such as confirmation about your attendance at, and the overall outcomes achieved from, booked coaching and mentoring sessions;

We use Wix.com to host our data in the cloud

We use Wix.com to host our Website so any data received via the Website will pass through their systems;

We use Wix.com, Wix Analytics Reports to carry out analytics on our Website to help us to understand and improve our Website and they will have access to “tech information” like your IP address, geographical location, browser type, and length of visit and pages viewed.
We may also share your personal data where required by law or in connection with legal proceedings related to you (for example, if our fees were not paid on time, we may share your name and contact details with our lawyers to secure payment of the debt).
Before we disclose any personal data to a third party, we take steps to ensure that the third party will protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and in a manner consistent with this notice. Third parties are required to restrict their use of this information to the purpose for which the information was provided.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that we participate on are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies of those social media platforms.
7. Where do we store personal data?
The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, locations outside the United Kingdom (“UK”).
Countries where personal data relating to you may be stored and / or processed, or where recipients of personal data relating to you may be located may have data protection laws which differ to the data protection laws in your country of residence and may not have been granted “adequacy” status by the UK.
By submitting your personal data, you accept that personal data relating to you may be transferred, stored or processed in this way. We will use appropriate safeguards such as the UK approved Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this notice.
